What makes us human?

What makes us human? Different from the animals that surrounds us? A scientist will tell you we are still animals but clearly we differ from the dogs and cat that seek our affections. We differ from the lion and lionesses that take charge in the jungle. We differ still from the fishes and mammals of the sea.
So why are Humans?
Is it our brain? Our extreme knowledge? Our ability to stand up straight? Our ability to speak?
Hmmm I believe its out ability to feel and express these feelings in several ways.
We can express Love, hate, happiness, desires, greed,envy, passion, sadness but more than this... i think its the presence of hope and faith. The will to decide and choose. And also...the presence of the 1 to whose likeness we are....

Ni inspiration

i have no inspiration... i feel nothing... want to continue being my happy chirpy self and i do try but occasionally i remember n tears fill my eyes.... it hurts wont deny that it does.. i just wish it'll go away.. be erased from my memory, i tried 2. but its there... sigh...
I hope, i pray..... karma works here.... i know i deserve better than dis. so much more better.....As God still lives i will get my better... someday somehow....

Law Enforcers MY ASS!!!!

No really isnt it sad that the so called law enforcers r the same bloody law breakers?

Check out the police officers, They are the king of Egunje(bribe) They used to be discreet but right now they dont care anymore, outrightly they ask " madam wettin we go use do weekend?" IM like why u asking me? I dont know you from adam men... THe migth let you go but God bless you there are a couple of armrobbeers up ahead and you turn back to inform the police you ave just refuse to bribe...Men OYO lo wa o! And yet the police is our friend... yeah right.

Moving on to the Road saftey Guys, Ok so they are suppose to ensure dt your car is road worthy rite? so tell me, y do they totally ignore them buses that could single handedly bring down the ozone layer and attack honest working citizen that can barely keep their head afloat? Imagine on sunday while i was @ my uncles place he had a lot of visitors n one of them was a friend of his in-law who is temporarily staying with them. An old man who probably just wanted to be let a lone, n then them crazy stupid ass road safety lunatics decided dt becos 1 of his windows was cracked the car was not road worthy n therefore the proceeded too deflate hos tyres. I mean how unjust is that?

o i have not forgotten about LASMA
theses bunch of so called law enforcers ave inflicted fear into the heart of many. I doubt anybody knows for sure why exactly they are there...o wait i remember :to extort money from the citizens of Nigeria." They are th worst of all cos they actually believe they are doing us a favour by collecting a bribe than actually taking us to their office. Imagine them talking about taking some1 2 an asylum 4 such a trivial reason?! Please if anything they all should ave their own heads examine. PA!!!!

Smashing weekend

DAng i had a smashing weekend despite all odds.
Friday
work was slow but i was all set 2 salsa that night. i was gonna leave from work but a talker was like i was looking hot and wheere tha party @. I was looking hot i wore a lovely frilled skirt that i intended to swish around on the dance floor. cos of him(the stalker) tho i went home and came back to VI to get my groove on. And lord knows i really wanted to get my groove on cause i had previously recieved my letter of admission to a fligth school. so i want to dance and drink and live free....
so me n my girl O did the salsa thing till like 10pm then got some wine and suya! to some people this might not be much fun but the alcohol was in our head reall fast we tried to stay up and watch the series HEROES but it was not to be....
Saturday
our other girl B was celebrating her womanhood at the Lekki conservation center... it was for 1pm but things came up and we got there like 3pm, but trust me we were early our husband K did not get there till 5pm! and he was suppose 2 be the man of hounour o well shit happens. Anway there weere a lot of Babcock boys, and Udem (small stout) Lovers. And boy did they BOOZE. But it was good it made them comfortable n a lot free. i even gave it a try. Made a mixture wasnt dt bad...but dt dont mean ama be doin it every day. lol.

Moving on, we had a blast check out dis pics


looks like fun dont it? and after here me n d girls(dts us in d pic on the left) went to c the movie Disturbia. men dt movie WAS disturbing but down right fun to watch if u like serial killers movies. lol.
Sunday... Ah...I wanted 2 go 2 church but..... i just found out that i will probably not be going to school this year. i was bumed but as i always do i looked for the silver lining it think i found it so i was able 2 continue my weekend of FUN!! yeah!
My house being the only one near civilization was the meeting point. The were already @ my place cos they slept over so we were waiting for the guys, note i have more guy friends than girls i dont know how dt happened but thats how it is. My dad had travel the day before and so when he got back it was to see me carrying a bottle of ginger beer(a non alcoholic drink but he didnt belive it tho) and stroling to meet a bunch of guys in the reception palor. My parents always thought i should have been a boy but i doubt i'll have this much fun jare~
Nehoo... all 7 of us got into my jeep(Mid n ter had to sit in d boot(ouch rather uncomfortable, the things we'll do for a thrill. lol.)
We got to the port hopped on a local speed boat we were heading for taqwa bay a little beach island somwhere in lagos. This was Mid a friend of Ter names bisola and B's 1st trip. B was terrified. She hates saand and the idea of a boat ride was a fear factor for her. But i boo was there to hold her hands while she cried...(yeah she did ok maybe it was a little tear but i gotta tell a good story dont i?) We made it. B conquered the sea Hurray! and she had fun. I had to carry her from d boat to land cos she refuse @ first to touch it(where d hell was her boo?) but she got used to it and had fun. i felt good! for her cos she overcame her fears and for me cos i helped. Im the events planner you know? i love to party.
Neway ended with a little bit of snogin, sadly i was not a participant of d events more of a spectator lol ah yes we also had a father breathing down our necks. Not mine tho my father understands but O's father is a paranoid nut case! and i aint lying the dude does not trust his duaghter, wot d hell is dt? nehoo im not gonna say much bout dt. lets move on to Monday

was ok. the sun was scuching, i made my hair n chilled wit my girls and faced some serious traffic. and dt is all for today pleas stay tuned for updates.. actually my fingers r beginning to hurt so i gotta go...
